Established Hospitalist program of three, is growing and now has a need for a additional Hospitalist. Our hospital is a non-profit facility that services 50 to 60 thousand residents. Currently our average daily Hospitalist census is 18-22 patients. When the fourth Hospitalist is added the schedule transition to, two physicians will be working from 8AM - 5PM equally dividing the load, and admissions. The third physician will work 5PM - 11PM primarily handling admissions and be on-call 11PM - 8AM. The Fourth physician would cover weekends.

Incoming candidate should expect a first year base of $175K. We offer a very good RVU productivity bonus package. We cover malpractice insurance , plus life insurance and health insurance along with a 403-B tax sheltered annuity.We additionally pay moving expenses and offer loan repayment packages.
